You pay a flat monthly fee per territory (zip code). There are no per-lead fees or hidden costs. The more territories you subscribe to, the lower the per-territory cost. See our pricing page for current rates.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Yes. If you don't land a job from our leads within your first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription — no questions asked. The money-back guarantee applies to your first territory subscription.

A territory is a single zip code. When you subscribe to a territory, you get exclusive access to all new mover leads in that zip code for as long as your subscription is active. Only one business can hold each territory at a time.

We pull new data from county assessor records daily. Deed transfers are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being filed. Your lead list is refreshed automatically — you always have access to the most current available data.

From your subscriber dashboard, navigate to "My Data" and click "Download Leads." You can export your leads as a CSV file or as a pre-formatted mailing label packet (PDF) ready for direct mail campaigns.

Yes. Each territory is sold to one subscriber at a time. If a zip code is already claimed, it will appear as unavailable on the map. When a subscriber cancels, the territory becomes available again for others to claim.

Yes. When you refer another business to BlueOak and they subscribe, you receive a free territory credit. There's no limit to how many referrals you can make — the more businesses you bring on, the more territory credits you earn.
